Siobhan Brodie

Being a final year business student with very limited nutrition or fitness knowledge my primary focus is to ensure I’m giving my body the right nutrients and fuel it needs for me to do what I love. I played a lot of sport at school and now at uni, I am a big advocate for HIIT training and have found new passions in running and triathlons! My goal is to make ‘being healthy’ something that is easy, fun and becomes a part of my lifestyle.
